About the Hackathon

The Women’s Digital Health Hackathon is an innovative technology competition organized by Jouf University with the aim of promoting the concept of women’s digital health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This hackathon targets female programmers, system developers, and entrepreneurs interested in digital innovation.

Hackathon goals

● Contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, especially in the health sector transformation program.

● Contribute to empowering women and increasing their participation in the labor market.

● Build innovative and sustainable technology and smart digital applications that enhance women’s digital health.

Target Audience

Female programmers and system developers

Women entrepreneurs

Female students and graduates from universities and institutes

Those interested in digital innovation

Registration Conditions

All group members must belong to the specified eligible participants.

Group leaders must to be Saudi.

The number of team members should not be less than two and not more than four.

One of the hackathon tracks must be selected.

The proposed idea must fall under one of the specified tracks.

The proposed idea must be innovative and applicable.

A software product or business model specific to the proposed idea must be delivered at the end of the hackathon.

Hackathon Awards

The total hackathon prizes is valued at sixty thousand Saudi riyals, allocated as follows
● First place: 30000 SAR
● Second place: 20000 SAR
● Third place: 10000 SAR
